Pictures and credits
There are no photographs on this site.
Every aircraft picture here (the side views, the top view, the head-on sketches, the engine fan sketches, the cabin row, the logo, the favicon and the share image) is our own original drawing of a generic, unbranded single-aisle twinjet. They are not scale plans, they are not traced or copied from any Airbus or other manufacturer drawing or manual, and they carry no logos, airline names or colours. Only the overall lengths and exit arrangements in the side-by-side comparison, and the relative fan diameters, come from sourced figures.
Charts and tables are our own layouts of figures quoted from the sources listed. Useless the eraser is the network’s own mascot. Fonts: Bricolage Grotesque, Newsreader and Kalam (SIL Open Font Licence), served from this site.
Not affiliated with or endorsed by Airbus or any airline, nor by CFM International, Pratt & Whitney, EASA or the FAA. Airbus, A320, A320neo, A321XLR, Sharklet, Airspace, LEAP, GTF and other names are used only to identify the aircraft, engines and organisations discussed; they belong to their owners. All aircraft pictures are our own generic, unbranded drawings: not scale plans, not copied from any manufacturer drawing, and not in any airline’s colours.
